Suggested use
- Gently swirl (do not shake) the bottle to mix.
- Using the provided pipette take 4 drops (2 drops for under 18s) per day.
4 drops = 20µg or 800IU* of vitamin D3 and 75µg of vitamin K2

For best results take in the morning with food to aid the absorption of the vitamins.
