Suggested application

You will only require a small amount of balm to cover a large area.

Warm the balm in your hands to aid absorption and gently massage it into the desired area until fully absorbed.

• We recommend applying the ointment 1-4 times a day for best results.
• Wash your hands before and after use.
• Store at room temperature (not above 25°c)
